HeyHi Operating Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy sets forth usage standards and sanction standards for the safe and smooth operation of HeyHi, operated by Carpe Inc. (the “Company”).

2. Strictly Prohibited Use

Sexual Exploitation of Children and Youth

• Sexualization of children and youth
• Purposes of creating, possessing, or sharing sexual exploitation material
• Sexualizing minor Characters by arbitrarily changing their age

Non-Consensual Sexual Acts and Exploitation

• Carrying out or promoting sexual violence or non-consensual sexual acts
• Illegally filmed material, sexual deepfakes, and non-consensual synthetic material
• Illegal acts such as sexual blackmail, exploitation, and prostitution

Infringement of the Rights of Real Persons

• Impersonation
• Unauthorized disclosure of personal or sensitive information
• Infringement of rights such as reputation and portrait rights

Dangerous and Illegal Acts

• Carrying out specific crimes
• Phishing, fraud, hacking, and malware
• Promoting terrorism or violence
• Manufacturing or distributing illegal drugs

Abuse of the Service

• Circumventing safety measures
• Macros, bots, and abnormal repeated calls
• Fraudulently obtaining Credits or ad rewards
• Abusing payments or refunds
• Sharing or selling accounts

3. Public Areas Such as Comments

Profanity and harassment, exposure of personal information, spam, hate and discrimination, impersonation, illegal links, repeated flooding, and the like may be restricted.

4. Measures

Measures such as restricting AI responses, blocking risky messages, warnings, deleting comments, restricting features, temporary or permanent suspension, recovering fraudulently obtained Credits, and restricting re-registration may be applied.

Users may file an appeal against sanctions by contacting carpe@carpecorp.com.
